In the presence of His Eminence the Cardinal Archbishop of Rabat and the representative of the Apostolic Nuncio, in the presence of Moroccan authorities and members of the diplomatic corps, the Ambassador proceeded to the ceremony of awarding decorations conferred by motu proprio of the Grand Master to the Sisters of Temara and to Mrs. Silvia Cousteau for their constant commitment over many years to serve the burned and sick children in the region of Rabat.

The Temara dispensary has been one of the reference centers supported by the Sovereign Order of Malta for several decades.
